I always wanted to work in an organisation with a meaning, clear mission and a place that is more than just about accumulating profit. I studied international tourism where I worked for several years. During this time I was working as a butler for significant clients of a luxury hotel in the centre of Prague. In my professional career. I was looking for a change and a new challenge. I found it in a friendly environment of Smíchov's villa filled with positive mood I make sure that other team members have everything they need for their job. I oversee that there is always enough coffee and tea for us and I have control over the operational situation. I take care about the details that are essential and I ensure the smooth running of the entire institute.
