I am currently the Integrated Protection Coordinator in Iraq and Syria for the International Rescue Committee, one of America’s largest NGOs. She leads a team of over 150 to work on women’s protection and empowerment, child protection, rule of law and psychosocial support. An alumni of London School of Economics and University of Warwick, I have extensive experience of working with non-profit organizations in diverse contexts and regions, from anti-trafficking in Cambodia to women’s rights in Russia and Ethiopia. I have also served as an advisor to the UN and to the UK Parliament on policies around human rights and protection of vulnerable communities (including those displaced due to conflict, political unrest and climate change). I am currently establishing an arts production company in Athens, Greece.
